Comments:
1) This film was, indeed, a tender love story between Hume Cronyn, JessicaTandy, and the wonder of Africa. The love between this aged husband andwife team, Cronyn and Tandy, was touching and their love of Africa wasobvious. Absolutely breathtaking scenery and the animal photography wasoutstanding. Running commentary made to you, the viewer, created afeeling of intimacy, as if you were a part of their expedition andtheir camp. Well worth watching – and owning if that’s possible. Idon’t know if it’s possible to track down a copy of this film or not,but it’s worth trying to do so. One of their best. And they had manytogether.
